Terms and Conditions

This platform is operated by Boom Line B.V., registered at Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25 Unit 11, Willemstad, Curacao, registration number 159576, holding e-gaming licence OGL/2024/599/0274 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Payment processing is handled by Targabet Limited, registered at Avlonos 1, Maria House, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE431791, acting as EU-EEA Representative of Boom Line B.V.

Registering an account means you have read these Terms in full and agree to them. We may revise these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

The minimum age to register is 18. Players in certain Canadian provinces may be subject to a higher minimum under local law.

Players from the following countries are not permitted to register or deposit: Turkey, UK, USA, Netherlands, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Afghanistan, Jordan, Taiwan, Yemen, Oman, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Moldova, France, China, and North Korea. This list may be updated without notice.

It is your responsibility alone to confirm that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account.

Your Account

  • One account per person, household, email address, phone number, and IP address
  • You must register under your real name and keep your account details current
  • You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials
  • Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or accessed by any third party
  • We reserve the right to close any account at any time without prior notice

To close your account, write to [email protected]. Any remaining balance and pending withdrawals must be resolved before closure is finalised.

Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are classified as inactive. A monthly administration fee of C$8 applies to inactive accounts. If the balance drops below C$8, the full remaining amount is charged.

Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Submit the following to [email protected]:

  1. Valid government-issued photo ID — passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card
  2. Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months
  3. A selfie holding your ID document, dated within the last 3 months

Documents must be received within 30 days of our request. Failure to submit within this window may result in withdrawal cancellation and account closure. We process KYC submissions within 10 business days in most cases.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: C$30
  • Maximum deposit per transaction: C$5,000
  • Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days by our finance team, Monday through Friday between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT
  • Minimum rollover before withdrawal: 3x the deposit amount
  • Where possible, withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the corresponding deposit

Accounts with no completed KYC and no activity for 180 days may have pending transactions suspended and balances liquidated at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Once funds have been played, deposits are non-refundable as a general rule. Refund requests must reach us within 24 hours of the transaction at [email protected]. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Any bonuses and associated winnings are deducted before a refund amount is calculated.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses carry individual terms listed on the Promotions page. The following conditions apply to every bonus across the platform:

  • One bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method
  • Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount
  • Bonus validity: 10 days from activation (30 days for sports bonuses)
  • Maximum bet while wagering is active: C$8
  • Submitting a withdrawal request before wagering is complete voids the bonus and all winnings generated from it
  • Maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings on no-deposit offers: C$80
  • Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: 5x the bonus amount received

Bonus abuse — including duplicate accounts, placing bets above C$8 during active wagering, deliberately stalling bonus game rounds, or exploiting software errors — results in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

Bonus Shop

Coins can be exchanged for bonus money or free spins:

  • Bonus money — 35x wagering requirement, valid for 10 days, maximum release 5x the bonus amount
  • Free spins — must be activated within 7 days of purchase, winnings subject to 35x wagering, maximum release C$80

Coins are earned through:

  • Every C$1,580 wagered earns 1 coin
  • 5% of each deposit credited as coins automatically
  • Completing achievements and finishing in top tournament positions

Prohibited Activities

The following will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using the platform commercially or on behalf of another person
  • Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or submission of false identity documents
  • Colluding with other players to influence outcomes
  • Using automated tools or software to affect game results
  • Money laundering or any other criminal activity
  • Opening more than one account
  • Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain

We reserve the right to void winnings, seize account balances, and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 90 consecutive days and no completed KYC may be closed at our discretion. Any balance remaining in such accounts may be forfeited.

  • Your account username
  • Your full registered name
